Shri Nagpur Gujarati
Kelwani Mandal, an intitution free from religious,
linguistic and castes bias, was established in 1905
in Eastern Part of the Orange City with an avowed objective
to promote and propogate Education.
The education - loving citizens, Shri Rajaram
Dixit, Shri Soubhagyachand Kothari, Shri Deojibhai Thawar
and others started "Itwari Gujarati Shikshan
Sanstha" with a meager number of 28 students
. Today more than 5000 students are benefited by the
primary, secondary and higher education imparted in
the institutions run by the mandal. |
It was an occasion of great joy and honor for Gujarati
people when this Mandal celebrated the completion of hundred
years of its successful tenure in 2005. |
